FiveToClose operates Jovra at https://jovra.app/. Support: support@fivetoclose.cloud.
What the box stores
If you submit the form, we store the sentence, the email, the optional live URL, the time, and the IP address of the request. The IP is there to cap how many sentences one place can send. We store that so the sentence can be read later against the five rules on the home page. We do not print a stamp at the moment you submit.
Payments
The record ($29 once), the build ($149 once), and the next release ($39 a month) are Stripe checkouts. Stripe collects the card and the email on the payment. We do not receive or store the card number. After payment, Stripe sends you to a thank-you page for that charge: the record, the build, or the month. Those pages are not a second charge.
What we do not collect on the sentence box
No account. No password. The sentence form does not take a card. The site itself does not set a cookie.
Scripts added later
Every page includes an empty slot at the end of the body for measurement or advertising codes the operator may paste in. Once those codes are added, they are loaded from their own providers and may set their own cookies or see your IP. This policy will be updated when those codes are turned on. Until then, the slot is a comment.
How long
The sentence stays until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it to run Jovra. Email support@fivetoclose.cloud from the same address you used, and say delete.
Who sees it
FiveToClose, on the server that hosts jovra.app. We do not sell it, and we do not hand it to a model as training fodder for other people’s products. A reading, when one is done, uses public pages about the market, not a resale of your email.
Children
Jovra is not for children under 16. Do not send a sentence on behalf of a child.
