Jovra by Five to Close (jovra.app) is part of Five to Close. This page explains what we collect and why. Questions or requests: support@fivetoclose.cloud.

Customers (people with an account)

Your name and email from your Google account when you sign in. We never see your Google password.
The offers and orders you create, and the visits, leads and sales tied to them.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your card number.
When you sign up we send you an email from support@fivetoclose.cloud asking you to confirm it was you. Please move it to your Primary inbox so you receive our order updates.
After that, Jovra sends a short series that points you back to jovra.app so you can paste a link and buy attention for it. Each note has an unsubscribe link. Dead and unsubscribed addresses are not mailed.

Visitors and leads

When someone visits a link we track, we record the time, a one-way hashed version of the IP address, and the browser type. We use this to count visits and filter bots and duplicates.
The opt-in accepts a Gmail address only. Before a new address is saved, we ask Gmail's mail servers whether that mailbox can receive mail. That check does not send a confirmation email. We then store the address, the time, and the IP address as proof of consent, and send a short series of emails that include a link to the offer they were viewing.
A blocked email address and the IP address from its opt-in stay blocked. That address cannot opt in again, and a later visit from that network is refused.
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribed addresses are not emailed again.
When someone opens a follow-up email or uses a link in it, we record that time and show it on the order. If that email does not already have an IP address, a real link click stores the IP address from that click.
Sales are reported to us by the affiliate network and linked to the visit that produced them.

How we use data

To run the service, show customers their results, prevent fraud, send the emails described above, and provide support. We do not sell personal information. Lead email addresses are made available only to the customer whose offer the visitor was viewing and are used only for that offer's follow-up.

Service providers that help us operate: Stripe (payments), our hosting and email delivery providers, and Google (sign-in).

Cookies

We use a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email with the link in it, and you can ask us to access or delete your data by emailing support@fivetoclose.cloud.
