What we provide

You give us a link to an affiliate offer. We send visitors to a tracking page and then on to your offer, follow up by email with visitors who choose to give us their email address, and show you visits, leads, sales and commissions in your dashboard. Visitors come from third-party traffic sources we choose.

No guarantees

We deliver the number of visitors in the package you buy. We do not guarantee leads, sales, commissions, profit or any particular result. Results depend on your offer, its page, and its network. Traffic is tracked by us and your dashboard reflects our records and any sales your affiliate network reports back to us.

Your offers

You must be allowed to promote the offer, and you are responsible for following the rules of the affiliate network and product owner (for example WarriorPlus or JVZoo).
Offers must be legal and honest. No adult, illegal, deceptive, malware, or misleading-income-claim offers.
We may approve, reject, pause or remove any offer at any time to protect our traffic sources, our customers, and visitors.

Payment and refunds

Packages are paid in advance by card through Stripe. Once we start sending visitors to an order, the order is not refundable, because the traffic has been purchased. If we cannot deliver the visitors you paid for, we will complete the delivery or refund the undelivered portion. Contact us with your order details and we will make it right.

Follow-up emails

Visitors who enter their email on our page receive a short series of emails that contain your offer link. Every email includes our physical address and a one-click unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribes immediately. You may edit the wording of your emails but you may not use them to send misleading, unlawful or unrelated content.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to generate fake clicks or sales, interfere with our tracking, or use the service to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order the claim relates to, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
